I advise founders, lenders and boards on the structures that move capital — credit facilities, equity transactions, governance and the regulatory architecture in which they operate. Currently Associate General Counsel at the Rajendra group of companies.
For the past five years I have worked in-house, which has shaped the way I read a problem: commercially first, then technically. My day-to-day spans contract drafting and negotiation, structuring financing transactions, advising the board on governance, and managing regulatory engagement under Indian banking and securities regimes.
I sit concurrently as counsel to Rajendra Management Group, Tech Rajendra, SpacePe and the German Hightech Charitable Trust — a portfolio that has given me an unusually wide view of corporate, technology, fintech and trust-law questions in parallel. Earlier training came from an LL.M. at O.P. Jindal Global University and specialist coursework in Corporate, Business & Transactional Law at Columbia.
